What this site is

The website of Papa Juan's Baja Grill & Bar, 8942 Tampa Ave, Northridge, CA 91324, which owns and operates it. The restaurant's web team, Vamos Viral Media, builds and hosts it. It is informational: it does not take payment or hold reservations, and it does not process orders itself. The "Order online" buttons hand you to the restaurant's online ordering page, where the order is placed.

Accuracy

Hours, dishes, specials and events shown here are believed correct at the time of writing and can change without notice. The menu is the one the restaurant supplied and carries no prices; the weekly specials do quote a price, and those can change or end. Call(818) 626-9413 before making the trip if something matters.

The forms

Submitting the "Join the crew" form adds you to a marketing email list. You have to tick the consent box for it to be accepted, every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time on the unsubscribe page. The list is email only: no marketing text messages are sent.

Submitting the contact form sends an enquiry to the restaurant. It does not add you to any list and it is not a booking: nothing is reserved until someone from the restaurant confirms it with you.

Do not submit someone else's details through either form.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent entries, or use anything on it to imply an endorsement that has not been given. The form is rate limited and abusive submissions are dropped.

Content

The Papa Juan's name, logo, photographs and event artwork belong to their owners and are used here to represent the restaurant. Photographs and flyers are supplied by the restaurant and its team; food and drink photos show dishes of the kind served here, and event artwork is promotional.

Links to the online ordering page, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google and Yelp lead to services this site does not control and whose own terms, prices and delivery fees apply once you arrive. An order placed there is a contract between you, the ordering provider and the restaurant; this site is not part of it.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for losses arising from relying on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited, including under California consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
